– One ‘intake’ session where we review all of your goals and get clear on exactly what you want for your health.
– 11 weekly follow up sessions to check in, and for me to be up to date with what support you need.
– Custom suggestions and support to help you find your unique Way With Food. You can email me your questions as we go, and I’ll send you fun recipes and tips along the way. We can work on kitchen skills, do a diet analysis, or work to help you create sustainable habits on top of an already existing body of food knowledge.

These twelve weeks are just for you, and I am delighted to be a part of this process. I will help you in any way I can through your 12 Week Transformation, as well as provide follow up support when we’re done so you don’t feel like you’re left hanging.

There are two programs below to suit different needs. Some clients are so excited to finally lose the weight they’ve been battling with for so long. Others have no interest in weight loss and want to change dietary habits. The content and teachings of the programs are similar, but structured to meet different outcomes.
Weight Loss Buddy – Don’t worry, this is not another diet. Weight Loss Buddy is a customized program to help you reach your goals, with step by step support, and a sustainable plan for years of radiant health. This program will help you see how dieting is actually working against you, and we will focus on the lifestyle changes required to create lasting change.
Nutrition Tune – Up – Stressed about food? Tried too many different ways of eating? Sick of sorting through the muck of food information available online, in the media, and … everywhere you look? Work with me to create your ‘Way With Food’, so you can reach your health goals, whatever they may be.
The temporary price for each program is $1569 for 12 weeks.
I’m taking on a maximum of ten clients at this price. Things are moving fast for me, and to be completely honest, I don’t know how long I’ll be working one-on-one with clients, as I foresee moving towards more of a group coaching model in the near future. I’m also working my tail off for a publishing deal for my book, and I’m expecting this to occupy most of my time.
