Stress-free meditation

I remember before I learned how to meditate through numerous Vipassana courses, I’d try to sit and be still, and wind up feeling even more anxious than when I began. This is the exact issue we deal with in today’s Get Fresh! Friday episode, and what we’ll be focussing on in my upcoming workshop – Meditation for the Busy Mind – next Saturday!

Here’s the video. I’m getting familiar with my editing software, so I’m just trying a few different techniques and getting used to it. The most important thing is not having a perfect video, or doing anything perfectly, but rather trying, and giving it your best shot. Same thing goes for your meditation!
